- CREDIT CARD OR DIRECT DEBIT (Using PayPal's secure Gateway)
PayPal gives you the ability to pay for your items via your bank account or a credit card/debit card without revealing your financial information to the seller at any point. PayPal is secure, it only takes a few minutes to make a payment and is free to use, ensuring you enjoy your purchase sooner!

- MONEY ORDER/ DIRECT DEBIT
Please E-mail your order details and we will send you an invoice with the applicable shipping & handling charges along with payment instructions. We will hold your items for 7 business days from the date we send out the invoice to allow for payment.
You can use the Order Form on our website and please ensure to include your contact information and the required order details to avoid delays.
Orders are only processed once payment confirmation is received.
Note for Direct Debit Payments
When paying via Direct Debit please ensure you reference the payment amount with the Invoice number we provide (so we can match your payment to your order).
Please note that some banks may take upto 5 working days to transfer the payment and orders will only be processed once payment confirmation has been received.
RETURNS
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for faulty goods. Please notify us within 7 days and we will be more than happy to exchange the item. However, if your item is out of stock it will be refunded upon its safe return. For all refunds/exchanges you must first Contact Us within 7 days for a Returns Code and the items for refund or exchange must be in original conditions (packaging and labels intact). No refunds will be offered for items where the item, the original packaging and/or labeling is damaged or altered. The return shipping charges are the customers responsibility unless we have sent the incorrect item as per the original order details or where the item is faulty.
